CHINZY / BUYER’S GUIDE
FDE and AI agent project acceptance checklist
Evaluate an AI project with a consistent sample set, clear system boundaries and reviewable records. Use this checklist to begin a requirements discussion.

For business owners, IT teams and procurement teams defining pilot acceptance.
Business outcomes and evaluation samples
Record baseline duration and error categories. Divide samples into common, edge and failure cases, fix inputs and scoring rules, and reserve unseen samples for acceptance.
- Define task success beyond an HTTP 200 response.
- Distinguish model errors, source errors and interface failures.
- Compare human review time and total task cost.
Authorization and reliability
Test cross-department access, expired accounts, repeated requests, network outages and model timeouts. Require confirmation for high-risk actions, visible failures and retries without duplicate writes.
Handover and ongoing operation
Confirm environments, dependency versions, deployment steps, monitoring, log retention, backups and rollback. Identify usage-based costs and re-evaluation procedures after model or document updates.
Acceptance record template
For each test, record the task ID, sample version, expected and actual result, evidence link, reviewer, date, pass criteria and unresolved issues. Agree on thresholds for the task rather than substituting a generic accuracy claim.
Questions before you start
Should accuracy be required to reach 100 percent?
Separate task risk from evaluation scope. Allow abstention or human handoff when evidence is insufficient, and set explicit non-negotiable criteria for critical rules and authorization.
NEXT / YOUR PROJECT
Turn a task into a clear project brief.
Start with a remote requirements review. Site visits, embedded engineering, equipment demonstrations, training and support depend on location, staffing and resources and must be confirmed in the written scope.
